Ingredients
1 cup flour
2/3 cups oats
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
7/8 cups melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup macadamia nuts
Directions
Heat oven to 375 and grease a cookie sheet
Mix all ingredients together until a dough forms. (the order doesn't really matter)
Place scoops onto cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Fried Dough for Breakfast?!
Ingredients
2 T butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
a pinch of nutmeg
1 T sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
powdered sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 425.
Pour melted butter into a 10x10 pan
Whisk together flour, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Pour into greased pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove and top with powdered sugar and fruit.
It is really a pancake recipe, but tastes a whole lot like fried dough.
Serves two.
