Port Pork

Ingredients
1 boneless pork loin
3 T minced garlic
2 cups port wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
dash of hot sauce

Directions
Poke holes throughout the pork loin.
Combine all remaining ingredients and pour atop the pork loin, let marinate in the fridge for one to two days.

Drain and save the marinade. Heat the oven to 425 and roast for 20 minutes, reduce the heat to 375 and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

Simmer the remaining marinade for 20 minutes until reduced by half.
